When your mic goes live in Zoom, Teams, Meet, Slack, or any other call, NibNotes asks whether to record it. Say yes and it captures the whole conversation from your computer's own audio. No bot joins. Your teammates just see the meeting.
Then it writes it up
As soon as you hang up, the notes start writing. A few minutes later there's a summary, the action items, and a transcript you can search.

Your recordings never leave your machine
Recording and speech-to-text both run on your own computer. No bot joins the call and no audio is ever uploaded, so there's nothing sitting on a server to leak, subpoena, or breach.
You can watch it happen
NibNotes shows you every connection it makes, right inside the app. Pull your internet out mid-meeting and the recording and the transcript carry on, because both run on your machine. Writing the notes is the one step that needs a connection: it sends the text of the transcript, never the audio, and you can see exactly that in the log.
We never see or store your meetings
Your recordings, transcripts, and notes live only on your computer. Our servers only ever touch your email and payment, never your content.
Never used to train AI
The transcript text goes to an AI service to be written up. It isn't stored there and isn't used for training. If you'd rather nothing left your computer at all, NibNotes can be pointed at an AI running on your own machine instead.
You choose what's kept
By default the recording is deleted the moment your notes are written, and the transcript is kept for two weeks so you can go back to it. Want the transcript gone straight away too, or the audio kept longer? Each is one setting, and both files live beside your notes on your own computer.
